2 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter, melted
2 Eggs
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Beat sugar and butter until well combined. Add eggs; beat well . Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt to creamed mixture. Stir just until combined.

Grease Bundt pan well. 

Put in half the batter, top with half the streusel mixture, add rest of cake batter, top with streusel 
BAKE at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes.
Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes
Turn out cake onto plate and ENJOY!!
Streusel mixture::
2/3 cup chopped Pecans
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix together set aside

This coffeecake recipe sounds delicious. I have never made it with sour cream. Do you mind if I make it, photograph it, and put it in our Lefse Girls' blog ? ( giving you credit )
