ALMOND-PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

I have a favorite peanut butter cookie recipe I use but today I thought I would change it up. I was at SAMs Club a few weeks ago when I stumbled upon a jar of Almond Butter. It is usually very expensive but this 26 oz jar was just a little over 6 dollars so I thought I would try it. We eat a lot of peanut butter in our house so I thought it might be a nice change. We were not diss appointed. Today I am trying it in my peanut butter cookie recipe. I used half peanut butter and half almond butter .ot produce a much more mild flavor of both. I think I like it. I will have to see if Hubby likes it too. Oh yes I will be sending some off to my test group USPS . Let's hope they like them too!!

I forgot to mention that just to make sure my "LITTLE TASTE TESTER'S" Miss Ellie and baby brother will be over later to let Grammy know if they are a winner.

What does a girl have to do to get on the list for taste testers?

They Passed the test with both groups. Poor Miss Ellie had to keep hers high in the air for Master Noah keep stealing her cookie. When he grabs something he puts a death grip on it and for only being one year old he is very strong.

NibsEnd: maybe I should mail you some of my experiments?
